PAYMENT
Payment for our services can be conveniently made via our website on a monthly basis. You will receive an email with a payment link each month for your convenience.

CANCELLATION
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice in case of cancellation. Please be aware that if less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation, and it is not due to illness or an unforeseen misadventure that prevents the student from attending school, the full fee will be charged.
In the event of illness or an unforeseen misadventure that results in the student's absence from school, and adequate notice was provided, makeup lessons can be scheduled in the same week or the week following without any additional charge. Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to Zoom lessons.
If your tutor is unable to attend a lesson, they will arrange a makeup lesson in the same month, or we will provide a credit towards your next month's payments.

COVID-19
Boost Academy strictly adheres to all guidelines issued by the NSW government. For the most up-to-date guidelines and restrictions, please refer to the NSW Government's official website.
Our staff members are fully vaccinated, and they stay informed about the latest Covid-19 guidelines for businesses on a daily basis.
To ensure the safety of all, students who are unwell or exhibit any symptoms of Covid-19, and who have not received a negative result in the last 24 hours, will be kindly asked to return home.
